Lykanor grows out of a simple observation: it keeps getting easier to create convincing fakes – and harder to push back. We build tools that help with assessment without taking the judgement away from people.

Our mission

We want everyone to be able to evaluate digital content in an informed way. Not through an oracle that proclaims truth, but through traceable evidence, understandable explanations and honest limits.

    An understandable “why” matters more to us than a convenient but empty number.

  2. Uncertainty is part of it

    Where signals are missing or contradictory, we say so openly.

  3. People decide

    Lykanor provides the basis for your own judgement – it does not replace it.

    We only collect data that is truly necessary for the purpose at hand.

  5. No fear-based communication

    We inform factually. Uncertainty is our subject, not our sales pitch.
