Privacy policy
This notice explains data processing when you visit this website or contact us. The public website introduces Lykanor and accepts contact and beta enquiries by email. It currently provides no account login, uploads or publicly available analysis.
Controller
The controller is LYKANOR UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Brückengasse 1 B, 78462 Konstanz, Germany. Managing director: Konstantinos Gerontidis. For privacy questions and requests concerning your rights, contact info@lykanor.com.
Principle: data minimisation
We collect as little personal data as possible and keep processing purposes separate. This website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies, advertising profiles or third-party tracking pixels. Technically prepared study attribution remains disabled pending separate methodology and privacy approval.
Server log data
The static website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. When you access it, Cloudflare processes in particular your IP address, time, requested address, transferred volume, referrer and browser and device information to deliver the content and maintain service stability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure, fast and reliable delivery. Lykanor does not enable its own HTTP log retention, Logpush or Web Analytics for this website. Cloudflare processes data as a processor under the agreed data protection terms and may use subprocessors and processing locations outside the EEA; the contractual safeguards, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses where required, apply. Technically necessary security and operational data is deleted or anonymised according to the Cloudflare retention periods applicable to the subscribed service.
Contact and beta interest by email
The email link opens your own email application. Only when you send the message do we receive your email address, its content and any additional information you include. We use Google Workspace as a processor for email communication. Google may use subprocessors and processing locations outside the EEA; the Google Workspace data protection terms provide the transfer mechanisms required by the GDPR, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses. We use the message to handle your enquiry or interest in beta participation; there is no automatic newsletter subscription. Please do not send sensitive cases or files initially. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other communication; our legitimate interest is responding to business enquiries. Messages are normally deleted no later than twelve months after the communication is closed or the last activity, unless continuing consent, a statutory retention duty or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires longer retention. After final deletion from the customer account, technical deletion from Google systems may take up to 180 days under the contractual terms.
Lykanor study
The study is not part of the public launch version. Participation, results, withdrawal and related API routes are blocked in this edition. Any later release requires its own consent, legal basis, retention period, security review and updated privacy notice.
Campaign parameters and sharing
The public launch version uses no campaign measurement, click IDs or personal tracking profiles. Technically prepared study and sharing features remain disabled and are outside this public scope.
AI assistance and external AI services
The public website discloses AI-assisted creation. Merely visiting the site does not transmit browser content or personal data to generative AI providers. Any future analysis or upload function requires separate information on purpose, legal basis, recipients, data location, retention and possible international transfers before activation.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent with effect for the future. Contact info@lykanor.com to exercise your rights. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, particularly in the place of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement.
