AI transparency, copyright and responsibility
This website is developed with support from generative AI and editorially processed by Lykanor. Disclosure makes AI assistance visible, but it neither transfers responsibility to an AI system nor automatically confirms that content is rights-cleared.
Current transparent status
- Website copy, structure and design were partly prepared and revised using Claude, ChatGPT/Codex or comparable generative tools.
- Lykanor is responsible for selecting, editing and publishing the content. AI assistance does not replace human responsibility.
- The case cards and relationship view are illustrative product previews, not results of a live analysis. AI-generated does not automatically mean false, and authentic does not automatically mean true.
- An internal provenance and rights register covers brand and image files. The graphic wolf motifs illustrate the brand and do not portray a real person.
When content receives an immediate label
Synthetic or manipulated image, audio or video that could make real people, places, objects or events appear authentic receives a clear notice next to the content. The same applies to AI-generated public-interest text unless documented human review, editorial control and a responsible person exist. Machine-readable provenance markings are preserved where technically present.
Copyright and third-party rights
AI generation is not rights clearance. Before publication, prompts, references and outputs are reviewed for recognisable copying, protected works, trade marks, designs, licences, personality rights and image rights. Unclear material is not published. Licence, source, modification, approval, reviewer and review date are recorded in the rights register.
Reporting possible infringements
Send notices of possible infringements to info@lykanor.com. Please identify the page or file, the affected work or right, evidence of your entitlement and a contact route. Provide only the information needed to assess the notice. Lykanor reviews the report and determines whether content needs to be disabled, corrected or removed.
Personal data in AI processes
Personal or confidential data must not be entered into generative AI services merely for convenience. Before any future transfer, purpose, legal basis, minimisation, provider, processing agreement, storage location, international transfer, erasure, access controls and a possible impact assessment must be resolved. The current website visit sends no browser content to generative AI providers.
No misleading claims
Labels describe provenance and modification, not truth or quality. Lykanor does not claim flawless AI detection. Results must show evidence, sources, limitations and uncertainty; a missing source or technical signal is not automatic proof of AI generation or infringement.
